REFUND POLICIES: Although we do not give cash refunds, all services have a limited time guarantee and if for any reason you are not satisfied, the service you received will be re-done at no expense. CHILDREN'S POLICIES: We do welcome children who have an appointment, however we do not have the facilities to watch children during a parent's appointment. Please be considerate of others. CANCELLATION POLICIES: When possible, please extend at least 24 hour notice when cancelling an appointment. One week notice for packages and special services. Guests who do not honor their appointment are liable for payment. APPOINTMENT POLICIES: Packages and certain services are typically scheduled two weeks in advance to ensure availability. Guests are contacted one day before their scheduled appointment to confirm time and services. Large packages and special events require payment at time of booking. Large packages and special event appointments not cancelled 72 hours in advance cannot be refunded. Spa Days and Special Event Appointments: A credit card will be used to hold the time. State sales tax is not included in the list prices of spa services. State sales tax does not apply to any hair service. Prices, hours and services are subject to change without notice.
